SMYTHE offers a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
